Produce educational guides to teach civil engineering to beginners

I teach Civil and Structural Engineering and I would like a well qualified engineer to produce a set of microsoft word manuals and powerpoint presentations on the subject that covers amongst other topics - How to use Autocad and Google Sketchup, Structural Analysis Basics, Timber Design, Masonry Design, Steelwork Design, Concrete Design, Foundations Design, Using Structural Analysis software, Using TEDDS software, UK building regulations, reinforced concrete detailing, etc etc. There needs to be approximately 8 manuals covering the above topics with approximately 150-200 pages in each manual. The manuals will include group exercises for the students as well as individual tests and questions/model answers. I would expect the Engineer to be able to produce these manuals with the minimum of input from myself so they will need a very good understanding of the advanced principles in Civil and Structural Engineering design - especially in Europe and the UK. The manuals will need to be accompanied by at least 8 powerpoint presentations on each topic, in the region of 50 detailed powerpoint presentations in total.
