Installation of a DLP+Encryption+Screen capture Software for our company

MY company need a security solution for 10-1000 user using windows/linux/mac. All data of the computer should be encrypted and transfer a file to usb or another computer should only be possible through a management software. User case 1: a developer have working with the companies notebook at home, we can get the result if he is at the company. But he self if he copy the date cant use it because it's encrypted. User case 2: a user cracked security system and leak data, but we found it out through the screen recording. We prefer a c/s solution to a browser solution. Your job is to introduce a good software solution for us and install it on a few servers. The other computers our IT maintainer will install, the first time they may need your advice. We will start with about 10 Computers.
