Process Modelling

Hello, I have more than 25 years of experience in container transportation, freight forwarding and logistics related to international commerce. I worked 5 years at a shipping company and more than 20 in freight forwarding. Port terminals are part of the process of having a container load / offload. I know and understand the operations within a port terminal, how they work, connections to exporters / importers, carriers and truckers. Process to enter and exit. Vessel´s cut off, VGM, container scanner, customs interventions. Documentation (such as container booking etc). This is what I do on daily bases. Regarding use of BPMN, I´m not so experienced in preparing it, but I understand the general concept. I´m confident my knowledge on this area is what you need to achieve this project.
