Hi, I recently wrote a book on Nutritional science for M&F magazine (this will be my first publication) by profession I am a writer, by passion I am a body builder. In my book I wrote a chapter about FATS where I started off with 4 decades of dietary trends. YES, saturated fat was considered the DEVIL but now we all know the effects of saturated fats if taken wisely i-e high protein, high fat and low carb diets.
