We are a digital media company called Real Vision, the only video-on-demand platform for finance and investing. We produce and publish interviews with the world's sharpest investors, CIOs, fund managers, and economists to allow other investors to subscribe, view their long-form interviews, and hear unbiased information direct from the source. Real Vision is positioned to expand rapidly in the next year with current viewers in over 100 countries and new ventures scheduled to launch over the next 6 months. We have viewers of all age groups and professions and we require each and every one to be treated with top notch service.
Over the next 6 months we will be building out the capacity of our customer service to support the next phase of growth of Real Vision. During this 6-month period we intend to create full customer service internal guidelines, update our FAQ document, build feedback reports for internal business units, and create a digital help-desk with articles to assist our customers.
We are seeking a customer service agent who is familiar with Intercom and Trello. Our customer service is conducted through chat and email only. The right candidate will have flexible work hours that will allow them to work 5 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday, with 2 days off on weekdays of their choosing.
This will be an ongoing position that welcomes remote workers. Pay will start at $1200 per month with an annual review.
We seek a freelancer who has:
• Strong experience with digital customer service, preferably Intercom
• Comfort working with customers on tech issues on all devices and operating systems
• Respond in a chatty and friendly manner
• Experience with customer databases 40K+ in size
• Experience with customer service via email and chat
• Thorough understanding of database segmentation
• Owns an iOS device (preferable, as we have an iOS app)
• Can work at night hours EDT 3pm-3am, including Sat & Sun. This will allow you to pick 2 days off during the week.
• Is located in the Oceania region for a morning through evening schedule.
