Merchant Agreement or Advertiser Contract drafted for a site

Hello, We need a Merchant Agreement or Advertiser Contract drafted for a site similar to Groupon.com. The agreement needs to be based on groupon's contract or LivingSocial's contract. Someone who has reviewed their contract would be great. The successful bidder MUST be familiar with group buying sites, the concepts, deliverables and liabilities associated with them. Regards,
