Hello,
I'm executive chef at my own small multicultural food restro. As an executive I have a huge range of duties and responsibilities within the kitchen. The most important of these is to ensure that quality culinary dishes are served on schedule and to see that any problems that arise are rectified. As such, the executive chef is responsible for approving all prepared food items that leave his or her kitchen.
But, Important thing is how do you present your food to your customer, how can you make their mouth watery without even showing them the food. Answer is your Menu Card.
I would like to work with you for that as it's my area of interest and I have worked with few small motels and local hotels.
It depends on type of your food but with good images and details of ingredients and health benefits can attract the customer and pricing of your food will totally depend of area, type of food and quality you will serve.
The menu is probably the key focal point of any food service operation and is very often
the number one food service salesman and as such, should regularly be examined,
changed, analysed and improved constantly from the viewpoint of content, design,
merchandising, and marketing.
Creative menu get attention!!
