I am looking for someone to develop a new web site about all aspect of home improvement. The site content shall be about cabinets, flooring, patios , windows, doors, siding. The site shall not sell, it shall give all needed information one looks for. But it also shall presell to visitors who are potential buyers. Preselling is to offer good, useful, famous and updated information, help and build trust. Part I: 1. Write the home page and all other pages which describes the business and the main themes (20 - 30 articles with 400+ words). 2. Develope the navigation structure. Part II [login to view URL] / write articles related to keyword phrases relating to the site. I'll provide the keyword list. These articles are for creating content-rich for the purpose of improving search engine rankings for the entire site. About 20 one page articles with 400+ words per article are needed every month, containing the various keyword sets. 2. Maintain the site as a webmaster, update the content of the pages. 3. Provide one small sized picture for each article / page. Part III 1. Write an newsletter every month. 2. Develop and run a forum. I look for a long term relationship. I will split the project into monthly lots and open a one-to-one project with you. Than you'll get monthly payment as bonus. This will save you commisson.
