My understanding of the project needs is that the Freelancer is required to to 11 scanned pages using the MS Word format.
The Specific skills I have to satisfy those needs include a good command of English, it being the official language in my country and my typing speed is between 20-30 words per minute. I have worked with both pdf and Word documents.
My experience in completing similar or relevant projects include working as Secretary of standards Committees during which some sections or whole scanned documents had to be re-typed into Word format in order to either incorporate the information into other documents. The documents had to be produced according to specified time frame. The documents typed were both technical and non technical. I have also done reports for consultancy missions, which were used a basis for payment.
As regards the quality of my work, this will have to be tested by the employer, but as standards related documents are normally for wide reading and comments, they had to be clearly written with as few mistakes as possible if not, otherwise non at all. This entailed not only accurate typing of documents but also careful proofreading the finished work and comparing it with the original and where need be making necessary corrections.
With regard to Examples of relevant work, I have done in the past; to be honest, this is my first opportunity as a freelancer. The work I did in the past was for official use and could not be made available to third parties without official permission. I respect document ownership and this is how I would treat the document the Employer will send for me to re-type unless they want the document to me made available to third parties.
With regard to my reliability to deliver work on time, again this has to be tested but my work has usually involved working to tight schedules and deadlines and promise to keep to the time agreed if offered the bid.
