Need to be at the top!

I am interested in SEO . I am new to the world of SEO and techniques so I would appreciate an overview of your strategy, timeline, realistic google -goals, and (of course) price. Winning bidder will be one with proven track record (with examples of successful google rankings). Preference would also be given to those using MSN messenger for communications. I need to get my website in the top page of Google for several words and terms . The site is [login to view URL] .This site is still in development, so currently doesn't have any metatags or any other optimization, nothing!. Site is still under development and has more then 1,000 unique visitors each day and growing. We would like to target all keywords pertaining to manufactured housing. A list of PPC keywords will be provided upon award of bid. We will need a large amount of content as well as links since we are currently ranked at 0. RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop improvements to the site that result in higher natural search listings • Analyze website content and architecture and make optimization improvements • Manage search engine submissions • Optimize various site components including copy, metatags, page title/descriptions, site architecture, etc. • Develop target keyword lists • Perform competitive analysis to help drive future SEO optimizations • Perform quality assurance ensuring that new site optimizations follow proper SEO guidelines with respect to coding and adherence to established copy/keyword standards • Monitor overall SEO program success with regard to keyword ranking, indexed pages, backlinks, etc. • Use ever-increasing SEO knowledge and research to develop and recommend new SEO strategies to management REQUIREMENTS • 2+ years as an SEO Specialist • A complete understanding of search engine trends and search engine algorithms • Ability to communicate instructions, expectations and deadlines clearly and effectively • Comfort with presenting new ideas and strategies to management • Outstanding written communication, analytical, & presentation skills We are also looking for help managing the bids on our PPC campaigns.
