Help me with Marketing - voluntary sector experience essential

8hrs/1 day a week (with flexibility to respond to emails as required during the working week) Target customers: Charities, social enterprises, education, foundations, CSR, social businesses. Demonstrable experience in the voluntary sector is essential to the role. * Identify Marketing channels e.g. websites and Partners for relationship building for advertising, blog posts, advertising events, referral and working relationships. * Edit blog material to maximise SEO optimisation and upload on a weekly basis (Friday/Monday) to website. * Assist with press writing and circulation * Upload events and send blogs to websites/newsletters secured for marketing purposes. E.g. SEUK, Social Value Portal, Charity IT News etc. * Prepare newsletter using mailchimp once a month with material from website already prepared e.g. blog posts, case studies etc. * To promote the MD and other team members as paid speakers or trainers to relevant opportunities and infrastructure support organisations. * To add marketing contacts into our Salesforce CRM database. * To share updates of partners with our internal team and social media comms exec who can tweet and follow their news to help build the relationship. * To prepare analytics once a month for team meeting to show track record of work undertaken and successful outcomes. Measures of success * No of new marketing channels secured * Increase in no of web hits from new and existing marketing channels * Increase in new high quality leads from relevant marketing channels This work will complement the work of our internal Business Development function that focusses on events and sales, and also our social media assistant who undertakes 6hrs a week of work, following and sharing website/partner new.
