C++ AVL Trees

For this project, we are going to design and implement an AVL tree data structure. We are then going to use the data structure to organize and search the 50 highest cancer rates among men, women, and both sexes for all countries reported in 2018. The data is organized in three different reports (files). The rates found in the data are standardized out of 100,000 people. For example, a value of 317.6 means that every ~317 people out of 100,000 in that country have cancer. We will organize different reports in to different AVL trees. We will then display the rank, country, and corresponding cancer rates for the reports.
