streaming Video among game clients using webcam(Max client count: 6)

My game is turn based multi player game. And this is the process of streaming video. (Process) 1. When the player in turn is preparing to make a shot(shot using golf club), the other players(up to 5) watches him/her in live. So, the desktop of the player becomes server and captures video from a webcam and sends every frame to the connected users. 2. When the player finishes hit, his machine plays back recorded video clip(under 7 sec) and the others watch this. 3. When it is another player's turn, he/she becomes server and the others become clients. 4. Keep this process until game ends. (What to do) 1. Writing P2P or Server to client network model. 2. Streaming live or recorded video frames over the P2P or Server to client model. (What is done) 1. capturing video from webcam 2. recording video(Usually under 7 seconds) (ETC) 1. Platform: Windows 10 only. 2. Machine Spec: Good enough to run modern 3D game smoothly. 3. Programming Language: C++ If you have experience with video streaming over network, please apply.
