Excellent HTML5 / CSS3 coder - great attention to detail

I am looking for someone (NOT an agency or a group, but an independent individual) who I can get to code top quality HTML5 / CSS3. I have a number of designs and a number of websites already where I want to invest some time in getting the front end code to be great (they are all PHP and MySQL based but these are not requirements) So - I'm looking for someone who: a) Has very good English - this is very important. If you make spelling mistakes, or don't write clearly and properly, then please do not apply b) Has excellent communication skills - I want someone who understands the value of building a relationship and understanding between two parties c) Has a great eye for detail - you have to be conscientious and constantly looking to write better code d) Is honest! Working with remote people is difficult.. I have done it for a while, and trust and honesty are very important! e) Can code HTML5 / CSS3 (or just HTML / CSS initially) very well! If you meet all these criteria then I want to work with you! In return I will pay you an hourly rate, I will give you lots of work, and I will train you up to be much more than a coder.
