I have an SVG file that draws the seats in a parliament, colored by political parties. The seats are drawn by path element. They are drawn in columns (starting from outer most) and rows. The attached drawing illustrates how we generate SVG dynamically. What I want is to add animation at column level, to show when each column is being drawn and then finally the legends. I believe this can be done at "path" or "g" tag. **Ideal Skills:** - Expertise in SVG animation techniques. - Proficiency in CSS and JavaScript for animation implementation. **Experience:** - Previous projects involving complex SVG animations. - Familiarity with animation libraries or tools that complement SVG animations is a plus.
