MacKinnon Development manages a growing portfolio of premium properties in the Queen’s University District with house and apartment-style rentals, accommodating over 170 tenants. All of our rentals are located within a short walking distance to Queen’s main campus, hospitals and the downtown core. We also have an inventory of convenient parking spots in private, open-air lots with winter maintenance at competitive rates. It’s our goal that when you sign a lease with us you get a pleasurable and hassle-free renting experience. We need some help responding to phone and email inquiries about available rentals from prospective tenants. This includes letting people know what properties are currently available, taking contact information so that we can add people to our waitlist and booking virtual tours.
