Broadband customer Phone Support.
Looking for someone to take phone calls to support customers with all general broadband inquiries and any customer help in general, helping the customer with the order form if needed.
Must speak english very well and have a very friendly phone manner. Preferably from Australia because the hours for taking calls is from 8am to 10pm 7 days a week Australia time, so the working times must be able to fit ok with your time zone.
Would suit someone that works from home, or someone that is home a lot and can be in front of the computer when a customer calls. Must know how to setup and connect Modems for the customers, connect them to the internet, technical support when needed.
Pay is $12.00 per hour, Plus for every Customer that signs up and is connected there is a bonus payment of $10.00 per customer, you simply take the name of every customer that phones you and if that customer signs up and gets connected l check the name on my website and pay the bonus payment.
I can show you my account website for proof for all connected broadband customers that you have taken calls from, $10.00 Bonus payment per connected customer.

To start with it will be one hour = $12.00 escrowed at a time. Once an hour in total of calls are answered then l pay you, then the next hour of $12.00 will be escrowed.
The broadband pricing is one of the cheapest in Australia so it sells it self.
lt is a new website so the amount of calls you will get could be only one or two a day leading up to a lot more calls soon up to 50 or more a day.
