We are looking for a customer support representative / social media manager for 3 fast growing e-commerce websites in fields of research chemicals, fitness supplements and herbal medicine. Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer questions on live chat and e-mails (4.8 hours a day). (full instructions will be provided) 2. Comment in Youtube videos of selected subjects. (full instructions will be provided) 3. Learn from comments on Youtube videos what customers are looking for and what they want. 4. Reddit Comment posting 5. We may occasionally ask you conduct a simple research or content writing related task. Requirements: 1. Great command of English language, specially in written form 2. Fast keyboard typing speed 3. Ability to work or learn how to work with Dropbox, Google sheets, Excel, Last pass, Skype, Signal, Evernote, Hubstuff, Customer service ticketing programs (we use Zoho). willingness to learn new things, use a lot of googling to learn about new subjects, programs, apps. 4. Fast and stable internet connection, be able to conduct phone calls over skype with your manager 5. Highly organised, keep all the information you’re working on in sheets. Interest in fitness and fitness related topics 6. Know how to Respect the higher ups and colleagues. 7. Can accept feedback and not take it as reason to get demotivated. Why should you join us? 1.
