have 4 files...4 databases. step 1- merge all 4 databases into one step 2- exclude all the members that show up more then one time. Each member should be shown only once step 3- only leave one member that has the same address and same city in the datababe (example: John Smith and Merry Smith both have addres New Street 1, city: New York ---> leave only John Smith in database) step 4- Prepare a file in word where we can print out labels to put them on envelopes. The document has to be A4 format (portrait). It is most important that The labels are Avery 3652 format (3 horizontal x 7 vertical - with no border) !!! The labels must be in this form: "Lastname" "Name" "Address" "ZIP" "City" "Country" Font must be Times New Roman and in size so that all above go into one line. The end file must be in word and prepared for print. I need the file asap !
