Geographic Client Organization Spreadsheet

I need an expert in data organization and geographic systems to help create a spreadsheet for our clients. We currently handle a large number of clients, and it's becoming a challenge to manage their locations efficiently. Key requirements for this project include: - Collate the city, state, and street address for each client. - Sort the listing according to proximity, with only latitude and longitude coordinates information. - Design the spreadsheet to be intuitive, easy to use, and update. The ideal freelancer for this job should have: - Proven experience in data organization - Excellent knowledge in geographic systems - At least basic understanding of latitude and longitude calculations. The end goal is to have a clear, concise, and accurate spreadsheet of all our clients organized by location. This is to help improve both internal operations, and our ability to serve our clients. We do not have the latitude and longitude coordinates in the spreadsheet. Our business requires our clients to use our service once a year in the same month as the previous year. So right now we organize by month. We have the months categorized as unscheduled and scheduled. we move the client from unscheduled to scheduled after we have them on our service calendar. Always trying to schedule so clients are somewhat nearby in a given week so it would be nice to change the spreadsheet view to a geographical one then back to the current one.
