Need help important CSV file into outlook 2013

I'm having trouble importing a CSV file into Outlook 2013. I need the custom fields to be matched correctly when it creates individual contacts in Outlook.
Please only bid if you are confident you can import the CSV file into VCARDS with the correctly mapped custom fields i.e. (First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone #).
