I started working as a Telemarketing calling out to IT companies. I was promoted to a Sales Coach and shortly after, promoted to be an Account Manager. The accounts I have handled were offering IT services, software, website making using Word Press, and IT hardware. As an Account Manager for one IT hardware company, I am tasked to follow up leads generated by my agents. If they have any requests for quotations, I am the one quoting them and completing the sales process. My quotes would be based on the discounts we are able to offer. If the customer is asking for more discount for a bulk purchase, I ask permission from our client himself. I've been sending out around 5-20 quotes on IT hardware (Cisco) per day.
