data entry to Not pad

I've a work of 300 pages which are in .JPG format which needs to be entered in Notepad(Times of New Roman, size:10) exact same way without any punctuation error and same work to be done and delivered in 15 days time period with a subject to accuracy of minimum 80% and above is accepted and is only eligible for payment with this amount of accuracy. Only serious people needed. Thanks!
