Database Normalization

I have an exported database file (as csv) with 6,756 records in it. Approximately 3,500 of them are presently listed as HusbandFirst & WifeFirst instead of having an individual contact record for Husband First/Last Name & Wife First/Last Name. I need the existing data broken down into individual contact records and sorted into record types (individual/organization). I have provided an additional file with sample records and required output format. Please review it carefully prior to bidding! I can provide the information as a csv, xml or excel file format. In your bid please briefly describe how you will keep this data secured and what your disposal methods are upon completion of project. This is a critical component of a larger ongoing project. I am willing to pay a rush fee as well as a bonus for early delivery. Don't bid unless you can guarantee 100% accuracy & security.
