Half Slot: 3,000 forms per month per system (15,000 forms for 5 systems) Full Slot: 3,000 forms per month per system (30,000 forms for 10 systems) Payment mode: advance payment (25% of the job work done will be given as an advance payment after 8 days of job completion) Payment Security: Bank Guarantee / Letter of credit only for 4 x Full Slots and above. Payment interval: advance and monthly invoicing. QC: available online on daily basis so that correction can be done on daily basis. Rework: Unlimited number of times as needed, within the TAT. Security Deposit: Rs 6,500 per system (Refundable) Consultation: Rs 50,000 only (One time : Non-Refundable ) Contract: 12 Months (Extendable upto 3 years till the work is available)
