Urgent - Data Entry - Check and Rectify

We need someone to CHECK AND RECTIFY a list of regions, district and suburbs on our excel sheet to an existing site's database. We DON'T want you to extract database but manually want you to check and rectify each suburb name if it is not correct. We than need the data to be matched to courier cost which is on other sheet. The courier cost sheet may not match to the region or suburb so you have to be very careful in loading the courier cost (we can use codes as provided by courier company) per suburb. This is an urgent requirement and we need this to be done in 12 hours maximum.
