Hi, Michel. I am an experienced .Net developer and I can do you task with C# and .NET. I'm always provide all sources and provide lifetime support for all my projects in future. I can do this API (backend) with .NET Core (cross platform). I have big experience in backend API. All what I love. :) Databases, processing, RESTfull and so on. Not clear understood about "man or woman" question. :)
