I already have a model for this. It uses a combination of methods, first parses the format and tries to find if it's an image or not. if image, then uses OpenCV to clean up the images and then does the translation, if it's text, then it parses as raw PDF, converts and matches each character first from a repo I have and recreates the text... The voice bit will take a day or 2, pure translation I already have. Let me know
