Looking for people who can monitor user activity and take calls for an online store

We'll be launching an online store for South African users soon.
We are looking for South Africans who can either:
1) Take calls around the clock
2) Provide speedy customer service around the clock
3) Monitor user activity around the clock
You will need to be proficient in either of the three options. We're collecting a team of virtual assistants, preferably from South Africa, so you could take 6hr, 12hr or 24hr shifts.
We will increase your pay as the website grows.
Note: Bidders for Option 1 must be in South Africa.
Please state exactly what you are capable of, and try to provide some examples proving that you fully understand the project.
