I am looking for a freelancer to help me with the composition of a workflow workbook. The purpose of the workbook is to document and analyze our current workflows. The workflows are of low complexity with few steps and participants. The format is primarily technical descriptions of the worklfows. Even though the workflows themselves are weak and inconsistent, those changes will be made later as this is an urgent overnight request. The format of the workbook in its current form is rather diabolical and composed by an analyst without strong writing and formatting skills. Skills and experience needed for this project: - Strong understanding of workflow documentation and analysis - Techical description of worklows and processess - Ability to analyze and interpret data from workflows - Attention to detail to accurately document workflows - Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings from the analysis Some additional requirements: THis workbook is an aggregation of my primary workflow and processes that can be used to train new hires, etc. Some of the requirements include: Other requirements include: 1. utilze a STANDARD font =- Calbri - 12 -consistent paraeters for width, etc. 2. Reorganize the figures. THey should ideally parallel their associated text (many of them). Something like the use of columns or similar are desired. 3. Composed in the active voice. 4. Grammatical consistency and corrections. 4. Presenting figrues so legible and bordered, etc., in a consistent manager. 5. Following the styles set forth in the document4. We do NOT use numbers or alphabetic characters to designate sub=components. The header 1, header 2 and header 3 are defined. the suttitle is defined and used for a number of sections. 6. Balance out structure of each page so more consistent. try to structure data that if a new section is required at the bottom of the page, allow for at least two lines.8. If content flow ajd orgajnizatoin looks "off", simply note your opinion but do not feel obliged to make a change. Only do this task if it is immedaitely discernible to you -- do not prow, through the content and look for all continuity as timeline doesn't allow for that. 9. Use acronyms as provided. Do not spell them out. 10. assure consistent specing between paragraphs. 11. Employ other editing skills and standards (e.g., OXford);.
