Hey There! Please go through my bid once. What you are looking to know about is more or less an automated Air conditioning system. The great part here is I've already built this exactly using the parts you mentioned. What I did was: There were 3 push buttons to set the desired temperature (1st button - Decrease)(2nd button - Increase)(3rd button - Enter) So we can set the temperature required in the room. I also used a giant 20x4 LCD to show all the data and ask user to enter the values using 3 buttons. I also used a CPU fan in combination with 12 volt Peltier module to either heat or cool the Peltier side connected to fan.(This is where it was novel.) I could either make it work as a heater or a cooler. I also regulated fan speed with respect to difference in temperature required. I was also continuously monitoring the temperature so if the room temp reaches the desired temp it would automatically turn the Peltier off and fan speed would reduce too. I have the videos too, so if you wanna see them just DM me I'll be more than happy to help you out. Plus point : I have the Arduino Sketch for it too! So if you want I can share that too with few modifications and can even guide you out with your project. I really wanna help you because I've already worked on it a lot.
