Help Coding Zigbee chip CC2530

I am working a circuit Based on Texas Instruments Zigbee enabled chip CC2530 . I am not very familiar with coding it. So I need somebody experienced to help me in this. Project Description: The designed circuit will be used to measure the Power consumption and send the reading to a server PC via Zigbee. The Circuit uses Chip CC2530 with inbuilt Zigbee and MCU. Attached the block diagram of the planned design. ADE7753 – Power measurement IC, the relay will be used to turn ON/OFF the appliances from the server computer/app.
