Traffic Needed to my WebSites

I am looking for a experienced person who can help me get targeted traffic to my clients websites. I am looking for targeted by industry USA and EUROPE traffic with unique IPs (I will be able to monitor the traffic). I DO NOT want any Blackhat, illegal, spam techniques or any 'cheap'traffic thats offered elsewhere. I would like to see a sample of the traffic and if I am happy, this could turn into real long term business. I need to know your plan with a bid for how much traffic you think you will be able to send to my site per day. The bid will be for the volume of 1000 unique visitors. NO scammers, NO cheaters, experience in this field will be required.
