Hardware design support

We are looking for Hardware design engineers to provide additional HW engineering capacity. Skills and expertise required ============================= Must be able to work and design with protel/DXP Must be able to communicate in oral and written english Would prefer engineers that can also speak and write Chinese (mandarin)and are located in China. Would prefer engineers that also have some SW experience. Area of work ============= The are of work is in embedded systems design with an emphasis on small modern (16 bit) microcontrollers and networks such as CAN and ethernet as well as sio signal conditioning. We require scematic capture and PCB layout to be performed. SCOPE ===== Initially we are looking for someone to design shapes and create libraries. After evaluation this person could move up to designing part of a system under supervision and finally to independant design and project work. WE are looking for engineers who can offer a cheap hourly rate and who satisfy the criteria mentioned above. We would negotiate a fee based on each seperate task offered by us and performed by this supplier. The indicated project budget concerns each task that may be performed based on this hourly rate.
