RFID based loyalty system

I want to set up a loyalty system that uses RFID Basically customers place their RFID membership card on a sensor (or antenna) there are 10 sensors per location. The system time stamps when the customer places card on sensor. If and event happens at the location, a worker presses a button, and the customer gets a reward point added to his account (so if there are 10 sensors per location [1 sensor is for the worker], and 9 sensors have customers at them, and the worker his the button because an event happens, all 9 customers get a reward point). I would like the system to be expandable.. more than 100 locations per vicinity.. You are able to assign each location a name location number I want to see an "overview" of all the locations and how many customers are at each location Log which worker is at each location Log worker who presses the "event" button Lock/Unlock locations
