seeking electrical,mechanical, embedded,electronics engineer

In this project I am seeking different individuals or companies, and I prefer companies. the bidders must provide proof of experience else they will be completely ignored. there will be sign of confidentiality agreement and contract between the wining bidders to make sure both of us have mutual agreement and to protect both sides from any payments issue or delays in delivery or delivery of product against the agreed design and for quality. we are seeking people who are welling to work with as as task based program, they payment will be based on the task they are provided, if the bidder prove his quality and time respect and also cost, we will continoue to work with him in all our projects. the tasks are very small and easy. We need the following: 1- expert in autocad drawing who can draw 3D design of industrial mechanics and equipments and schematics of PCB boards and cad drawing of products. 2- expert electrical and electronics person who can design circuits, have great experience in FPGA, microcontrollers. Design schematics,routing, read data sheets. 3- signal processing expert. 4- 3D simulation expert who can make design in 3D design 5- mechanical engineer with long experience. 6- MATLAB and simulink expert again, this is task payment based project, and for long relation proof must be provided for experience and bidder must agree on the confidintiality and contract which protect both parties. Also, the time,quality , and price of bidding is major issue. the price of each task is agreed on bases when the task is assigned to the bidder and agreed on. the price in this project post is not fixed regards
