Hello, I had built a CNC Machine in small scale as a project I’m doing for school. Currently I’m working on calculations and I need help with that. Here are some specifications for the machine: X-axis travels 15’’ Y-axis travels 12’’ Z-axis travels 5’’ Table dimensions 18’’x14’’x1/4’’ Min acceleration: 2 inch/sec^2 Min load force: 0.5 Ibf Machine made of aluminum I need formulas of all parts and solve if possible. *Torque and Linear Motion Formula *Spindle calculation and force *stepper motors *etc…. Thanks!
