Help to find a really serious hosting company.

I need help to find a server/hosting provider. I need it to be a really serious company (not seeking a low price company) With really fast servers, and with no downtime. The server must be located in europe. The site hosted there will need to have a dedicated ip. If the service is really, good price do not matter. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform uk server
