 Carry out & support plant predictive, preventive maintenance PPM works of electrical AC motors, Variable drives, starter control circuit, etc.  Carry out schedule planning & scheduling (P&S) activities.  Coordinate and supervise contractors to perform equipment maintenance & troubleshooting work.  Follow up on maintenance facilities issues.  Handling all the Electrical installation & troubleshooting works.  To carry out Low voltage AC Motors (model siemens, fedco, ebro,)  To carry out ABB VFD ACS (810 Q& 550) parameters settings and trouble shooting.  Carry out Low voltage and High voltage bus bar Contact Resistance test, insulation resistance test.  Carry out 6.6kv cable Dielectric with stand test, Di electric break down test, Di electric with stand test, and insulation resistance test.  Carry out Earth resistance test and VLF – very low frequency test.  Carry out ABB low voltage switch board inspection test and low voltage starter functional test.  Carry out Quality control and Quality inspection for AC motor inspection, MCC inspection, DB inspection, UPS inspection, transformer inspection.  Carry out REFUSE Crane trouble shooting, Crab crane troubleshooting, ID fan motors, and Primary fan motors troubleshooting.  Carry out BUS BAR Contact Resistance test.
