estate agent flash intro needed asap

we just need at the moment a flash intro for coming soon and details but we want it like a movie check this link sumthing like this [login to view URL] i would like it this good the same as link above. 3d houses and stuff in movie. but with these colours ( in link below) and images this is a quick one i made but i dont want it like this but example of colours and images [login to view URL] as this is no where near as good as i want it. also would need a template site but that will be next step.
