We need someone to work with us on Administering different online businesses. Someone who's good at data entry and organizing. Great communicational skills and habits are a *must. We are looking for someone serious and long term, this is a part time position which will become a full time with over time workload shortly. So, someone dedicated is needed. Administrative Duties: * Help with bookkeeping (will get training in Quickbooks) * Organize / rewrite data in google sheets / excel sheets * Organize store item listings and marketplace site postings * Do research in top products and other topics * Answer clients & customers email inquiries * Coordinator & Follow-up with scheduled meetings Required skills: * Fluent / native in English speaking and writing * Excel and gSheets skills * Data Entry * Pleasant customer service skills * Is available, between 1pm to 6pm EST, if any meetings. Big PLUS: - Knowledge in finance or/& bookkeeping - Knowledge with programs like Calendly, Clickup - Spanish speaking

In 2015, I got a promotion at the same company and became a accounts payable analyst, two years later I achieved another promotion to became a financial manager that is what i do nowadays. Although I'm happy with my job, I want to improve my skills and try diferents areas, even though I graduated in Journalism at 2017, I've never worked as news reporter or a content creator that I would like the most to do, I am avaible to work on translations, besides portuguese and english i speak spanish fluently too, I have interesting in marketing, help people on virtual support or any role.
