While working, I took Business Administration major in Operations Management at the University of Ba-guio, Baguio City. I acquired a National Certificate II for finishing Computer Hardware Servicing, a vocational course accredited by TESDA in Informatics, Baguio City. I study and enhance my capability as long as the situation allows me. I am presently employed at Sitel Philippines Corporation, one of the leading BPO Com-pany worldwide, as a Customer Service Advocate-a Tier 2 representative. Further, I am currently employed as a coordinator-a supervisorial position- for Globalink Employment Services, Inc as my part time job.
At work, I handle managerial calls, process reports, and supervise tier one representative. In the past 7 years, I was recognized as World Class Agent; I received multiple commendations; I managed to be part of Customer Advocacy Group and I received multiple awards for being a top performer in various occasions. My experience in handling managerial calls and supervisory task allowed me to develop my interpersonal, leader-ship and negotiation skills.
