Need Excel programmer with knowledge of mathematics

Pozdrav, Ja predstavljam grupu studenata informatike sa Matematickog fakulteta univerziteta u Beogradu i rado bismo zeleli da saradjujemo sa Vama na projektu. Radili smo dosta projekata slicnih Vasim u okviru studija, tako da ovo nije nesto sto je strano za nas. Problem ranca je problem koji je dobro poznat u kombinatornoj logici i svodi se na dobijanje maximalne vrednosti iz predmeta koji mogu biti smesteni u ranac. Ovaj problem obradjuje se na drugoj godini, pa nam je jako poznat. Ponudili smo nizu cenu jer smo relativno novi na ovom sajtu, pa bi nam jedan dobar review znacio mnogo vise nego novac. MS Office used to come along-with Windows 95 installation at that time. Dear Sir/Miss, Thank you for opening this job for bidding. I have been working on linear programming and optimisation long ago using algorithms in Fortran, Matlab and Splus(R) libraries. I can't say with certitude that i can solve a Knapsack problem using Visual Basic in 2 hours but I'd like to make an attempt if your time limitation (2 hours) is not so tide. I am mildly familiar with vb.net, but I would propose that I would put the model into vba and run the function directly from excel.

Please give me example work. So I can prove that I can do such kind of work before picking a frelancer.
