populate an google sheet using a form and app script

I am freelance waiter working for a catering restaurant. I made a google sheet to keep tab on my payroll since I’m paid per task not hour. I no longer want to wait until I get home at night to input the data (tasks performed) I started a google Form to populate a google Sheet on my phone when I’m at work after each shift so I can input the data. The project involves the following requirements: Input data: design a form used to input text and number data. Data complexity: The data inputted is complex, involving multiple related entries and calculations. Form linkage: The form needs to be linked to other sheets or workbooks. (Drop down box, multiple choice and checkboxes) Ideal skills and experience for this project include - Proficiency in google sheet and forms, app script programming - Experience in creating user-friendly forms for data input - Knowledge of linking forms to other sheets or workbooks - Ability to handle complex data manipulation and calculations Report of my payroll to date, by week and year to date. Report of each kind of tasks paid (about 14) numbered, tagged with when (date) and where (location) it took place.
