Hi there, we looking for a School Management system that can have these Features: Record Student information Record Student Guardians Information Track the Student Attendance Track Student Fees Record Student information This should include basic information about the Student: Student Id (Should Start with AK-00) and it will auto increase Full Name Email Class Room Any Special Needs Record Student Guardians Information: Guardians 1 Name Guardians 1 Email Guardians 1 Phone Guardians 1 Job Titel Guardians 1 Adress Guardians 1 Work Address Guardians 1 Work phone Guardians 2 Name Guardians 2 Email Guardians 2 Phone Guardians 2 Job Titel Guardians 2 Adress Guardians 2 Work Address Guardians 2 Work phone Track the Student Attendance Daily we should be able to set an Attendance Percentage- if the student don’t meet that percentage he will fail Also there is should a calendar that we can add holidays or any events Track Student Fees We will have two types of fees [login to view URL] for the Full Term [login to view URL] monthly , we need set dates for payment and the system should remind us for any late payment We need someone to make this from scratch not to use some readymade script or open source. If you will use any of these please do not bid , we already tried all the free options and did not match our needs, alos if you are not expert please do not bid , there is a lot claims they know how to program but all they do is copy and paste and then edit. My intention is indeed to make something that suits tour needs from scratch (I also don't like Copy and Paste). First of all, I understand you are talking about a desktop application, correct ? So, I understand that a stand-alone Access application should be OK. Do you have Access so it could run ? Or we have to adopt another solution ? About Guardians : why specifically two for each student ? Should it be more flexible (one or three perhaps) ? Finally, when you mention "Keep track of daily attendance", what is your feeling about it ? Do we expect an employee to capture this information daily ? Hello, I would be happy to take on the project to create the student database. I am an expert level developer with experience developing for corporate organisation such as HBOS, Microsoft and Australian banks. I've recently completed a database to track attendance for staff in an insurance organisation including rates similar to what you need. For my fee I would create. -Main form to access screens -Form to enter student details/guardian details -Form to manage attendance (will discuss specifics i.e do you want to enter by day or by student etc) -Ability to exclude dates from attendance calculations - e.g weekends, holidays -Report to show attendance between any two dates including option to only show those not meeting their attendance target.
