Dashboard in google sheets with charts/graphs -- 2

Create multiple dashboards with charts/graphs based on our existing real estate data from our property portfolio. Must have be expert in analyzing data AND technical skill in dashboards & data visualization. The best person for this job will have *your own* good ideas about what data to bring out in graphical form to best tell the story contained in the data, and ability to identity and highlight the most interesting trends and comparisons. I'm NOT looking for someone who asks, "What graphs do you want me to make?" I'm looking for someone who says, "Based on this data, here are the most insightful visual representations and comparisons." All the data is maintained and up to date (in an google sheet). I need someone to both (A) analyze the data and (B) create interesting and insightful dashboard charts/graphs from this data. Dashboard(s) should have selectable list of properties to compare multiple properties, and graphically represent certain data points between the selected properties, such as e.g. Sale price & Initial purchase price, Sale price per square foot, IRR, Cash on cash, etc. Or compare cash flows between multiple selected properties. Must be expert in Google apps script/VBA for working buttons/selectors and other controls.
