250632 Flash Map w Zoom-Drag-Popups

I am looking for someone to assist me in creating a Flash based area map. It features 13 points of interest. 1. Ability to zoom in and out - the map should load at the furthest zoom extent and then zoom in 5 steps to a very close zoom 2. Ability to drag the map. Dragging should be be locked or stop once the image is at the edge of the bounding area. No white space around map edges. 3. Popup information boxes featuring text and an image. These popup boxes should always remain the same size no matter what zoom extent you are viewing. I would prefer individual movie clips if possible, so I can easily change text and images. Popups should also have some "smart coding" so if they are too closed to the edge of the bounding area, they will invert or flip themselves. I am looking to have this project completed today - within the next few hours. Please only bid if you can start this project immediately. I have a source file from a similar map project that could be used, with some small modifications.
