464463 Smoke effect flash header using provided images

I am developing a website of my own, and would like to make an awesome header image. I purchased the same domain name as I used to have, but instead of .com it is a .co - I would like someone to use the images that I will provide, to create a new header, with a smoke effect. The header should look much better than my old site, which I will provide the domain name of once the project has begun.
