Logo Animation

I have a new logo, the logo i designed is a static one i have uploaded the draft static logo for you to view here. would normally animate this logo myself but i am very busy, i would like to outsource logo animation. I want the logo "e" to have the spikes around it appearing in and out one by one from bottom one to top one and looped. I would like this animation in Flash. The animation itself needs to be very clean and crisp and the fade in and out need to have a nice bouncy effect on the spikes (not just a simple fade in and out). I also want a 'glimmer' to roll over the 'Nicola' part of the logo. I want the .FLA and .SWF file when you are done. Please send in your quote and please send samples to animations you have already completed yourself. I would like an expert that can make this look VERY professional, bouncy, fun and alive.
