399480 Site Head Logo Graphic

I need a main/head graphic designed to be displayed at the top of my site's web pages (incorporated into the css). I have attached a photo to be incorporated into the logo, perhaps it can be photoshoped so the background is removed and just the snake and branch remain on a black background. This will be displayed across the top of the site. Underneath the snake and branch to the left should display Banks (line 1) Exotic Boas (line 2 - stretch across bottom). I'm not sure about what font I'd like to use for the lettering, but I'm thinking it should be white to stand out against the black background. P.S. I am open to suggestions in regards to this graphic/logo. If you think you have an idea that may look better as the main head graphic on my site let me know. Also, I am just beginning the design for my boa breeding website so I will need css designed for my site as well so if you can do this too, maybe you can help with the next piece of designing my site.
